Mezzo-soprano Emily D’Angelo will appear in recital at the Evan Hazell Theatre in Calgary on October 2, 2025, as part of Ammolite Opera’s Spotlight series. She will be joined by pianist Sophia Muñoz. Together, they present a two-part program that spans traditions and styles -from the folk-inspired works of Bartók and Kodály, to Britten’s poetic settings, and contemporary voices including Jeanine Tesori.
