In March 2026, tenor Joseph Calleja joins the Orchestra and Chorus of Zurich Opera for a European tour of Verdi’s monumental Messa da Requiem under the baton of General Music Director Gianandrea Noseda. He will be joined by a distinguished lineup of soloists: Marina Rebeka, Agnieszka Rehlis, and David Leigh.

The tour opens in Paris at the Philharmonie de Paris on March 22, followed by Luxembourg at the Philharmonie Luxembourg on March 23, Munich at the Isarphilharmonie on March 25, Vienna at the Wiener Konzerthaus on March 26, Aix-en-Provence at the Grand Théâtre de Provence on March 29, and concludes in Hamburg at the Elbphilharmonie on March 31.
