Tenor Joseph Calleja appears at the Staatsoper Hannover in a festive concert marking the opening of the new season. Calleja will perform arias and duets from Bizet’s Carmen, Donizetti’s L’elisir d’amore, Massenet’s Le Cid, and Puccini’s La Bohème. He is accompanied by the Niedersächsisches Staatsorchester Hannover under the baton of General Music Director Francesco Angelico and joined by members of the Staatsoper Hannover ensemble. The concert takes place on August 29, 2026.
