Two sopranos,  Emily Pogorelc and Olga Kulchynska, take part in Marina Abramovich’s project The 7 Deaths of Maria Callas. At the intersection of opera, performance and video art, The 7 Deaths of Maria Callas pays tribute to the legacy of Greek-American soprano Maria Callas. Olga performs the role of Cio-Cio-San from Puccini’s Madame Butterfly and Emily goes on stage as Bellini’s Norma. The performances take place on November 4, 5 & 6. More informaion can be found here.
