Piotr Beczała, Keri-Lynn Wilson: Puccini Tour through Europe
Tenor Piotr Beczała and conductor Keri-Lynn Wilson embark on a gala concert tour through Spain marking the 100th anniversary of Giacomo Puccini’s death, performing alongside soprano Sondra Radvanovsky. The program includes famous arias and duets from Puccini’s masterpieces Manon Lescaut, Tosca, La bohème, Turandot, and Madama Butterfly. The tour spans through Spain’s most prestigious venues, bringing Puccini’s most beloved operatic works to audiences across the country. The gala concerts take place at Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona on October 24 and 27, at Teatro de la Maestranza in Seville on October 30, at Teatro Real in Madrid on November 3 and at Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía in Valencia on November 10.
Piotr Beczała performs another concert together with Sondra Radvanovsky in Oviedo Filarmonía on November 7 under the baton of Lucas Macias. The tour continues in Poland, where Beczała and Radvanovsky perform in Polska Filharmonia Bałtycka in Gdansk on November 15 alongside Erwin Schrott under the baton of Gianluca Marcianó. Following a performance in Lithuania with Kaunas City Symphony Orchestra on November 18, Beczała returns to Poland for a concert at the National Forum of Music Wroclaw on November 21. The tour concludes in Germany with two performances: in Carmen Würth Forum with Würth Philharmoniker under the baton of Claudio Vandelli on November 23, and a final concert at Festspielhaus Baden-Baden on November 29.
