Soprano Athanasia Zöhrer kicks off her season with her role debut as Agathe (Der Freischütz) in a new production at Salzburg State Theatre. Zöhrer shares the stage with Luke Sinclair as Max, Daniele Macciantelli as Kuno, fürstlicher Erbförster and Andreas Mattersberger as Kaspar. The production by Johannes Reitmeier is lead under the musical direction of Leslie Suganandarajah. The performances take place at the Felsenreitschule in Salzburg on November 2, 9, 13, 15, 17, 24, 28 and 30.
