Kathryn Lewek makes her role debut as Micaëla in in Nashville Opera’s season-opening staging of Bizet’s Carmen directed by John Hoomes and conducted by Dean Williamson. Singing opposite her husband, tenor Zach Borichevsky as Don Jose and Marina Costa Jackson as Carmen, Lewek can be heard on September 26 and 28.

Lewek performs her signature role with the Cleveland Orchestra under the baton of its Music Director Franz Welser-Möst, featuring Julian Prégardien as Tamino, Ludwig Mittelhammer as Papageno and Christina Landshamer as Pamina.
