Mezzo-soprano Emily D’Angelo takes the leading role Jess in the highly anticipated Metropolitan Opera premiere of two-time Tony Award–winning composer Jeanine Tesori’s opera Grounded. The opera is based on George Brant’s play by the same name and it can be experienced on September 23, 27 and October 2, 5, 9, 12, 16 and 19.
