Biography

A graduate of the Yale School of Music, soprano Sylvia D’Eramo has already made mainstage debuts at the Metropolitan Opera, The Santa Fe Opera, Lyric Opera of Kansas City, and The Philadelphia Orchestra, among others. Her voice is praised for its “purity of timbre, the brilliance of its highs and the powerful lyricism of its line…sonorous nuances that give way to sumptuously ethereal pianissimi” (Olyrix).
