Jonah Hoskins joins The Philadelphia Orchestra as tenor soloist in Carl Orff’s Carmina burana at Marian Anderson Hall in Philadelphia. Under the baton of Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Hoskins performs alongside soprano Janai Brugger and baritone Will Liverman, together with the Philadelphia Symphonic Choir, Commonwealth Youth Choir, Philadelphia Boys Choir, and Philadelphia Girls Choir. The programme pairs Orff’s celebrated choral work with Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’s Ballade in A minor and Gabriela Ortiz’s Clara. The concerts take place on October 22, 23, 24 and 25 2026 at the Marian Anderson Hall in Philadelphia.

Jonah Hoskins returns to the Metropolitan Opera as Bevins in the world premiere of Missy Mazzoli’s Lincoln in the Bardo, with a libretto by Royce Vavrek based on George Saunders’s Booker Prize–winning novel. Directed by Lileana Blain-Cruz, the new production features Peter Mattei as Lincoln, Christine Goerke as the Reverend, Anthony Roth Costanzo as Miss Elise Traynor, Ryan McKinny as Vollman, Stephanie Blythe as Mrs. Baron, Janai Brugger as Mrs. Francis Hodge, Joshua Blue as Thomas Havens, and Craig Colclough as Mr. Baron. Everett Sobers and Michael Hurst share the role of Willie Lincoln. Yannick Nézet-Séguin conducts, with Steven Osgood leading the performances on 31 October and 14 November.

Nadezhda Karyazina and Jonah Hoskins make their house debut at the Deutsche Oper Berlin in Rolando Villazón’s new production of L'Italiana in Algeri, premiering on March 8, 2026. Karyazina and Hoskins portray the reunited lovers Lindoro and Isabella respectively, alongside Tommaso Barea as Mustafa. The new production of Rossini’s bel canto masterpiece is set in an unnamed location in Latin America and features two competing Mexican-style wrestling clubs. Further performances take place on March 11, 14, 20, 28 and April 2.
