On November 6, Cameron Shahbazi joins the Orquesta de València and Cor de la Generalitat Valenciana for a performance of Bach’s Magnificat in D major, BWV 243 at the Palau de la Música de València. On October 24, Cameron Shahbazi joins the Macao Orchestra for a programme celebrating the vocal and orchestral splendour of the Baroque at the Cathedral in Macao. Under the baton of renowned Baroque specialist Laurence Cummings, Shahbazi performs works by Vivaldi, Bach and Handel. The programme includes Vivaldi’s Stabat Mater and the aria “Gelido in ogni vena” from Farnace, selections from Bach’s cantata Vergnügte Ruh, beliebte Seelenlust, and arias from Handel’s Rodelinda.
