Thomas Hampson returns as Nixon at the Opéra National de Paris

Baritone Thomas Hampson reprises the title role in John Adams’s Nixon in China at the Opéra National de Paris, returning to a production in which he previously appeared during its first run in the 2023. He is joined by Renée Fleming as Pat Nixon and John Matthew Myers as Mao Zedong. The production is staged by Valentina Carrasco and conducted by Kent Nagano, bringing Adams’s landmark contemporary opera back to the stage of the Opéra Bastille.

Magnus Dietrich: Welcome to CSAM!

Centre Stage Artist Management is delighted to announce that Magnus Dietrich has joined our roster for general management. Magnus Dietrich has quickly established himself as one of the most exciting lyric tenors of his generation. His repertoire ranges from Mozart’s Tamino, Ferrando and Belmonte to Wagner’s Steuermann (The Flying Dutchman) and Walther von der Vogelweide (Tannhäuser), as well as Strauss’s Leukippos in Strauss’ Daphne, a role he portrayed to great acclaim at Berlin State Opera and in Frankfurt. Critics praise his lyrical phrasing as well as his ardent, dramatic portrayals. With his successful debut as Jacquino in Beethoven’s Fidelio at the Metropolitan Opera in New York, he also achieved international recognition.
