Gabriela Scherer and Michael Volle go to the Brixen Calssics Festival at Südtirol. On the 17th of June they perform roles of Agathe and Caspar with excerpts of Weber's romantic opera Der Freischütz. On the 18th of June the duo can be heard in a gala concert "My favourite songs".

After her sensational take over of title role of Strauss' Ariadne auf Naxos with Berlin State Opera in January, the next exciting highlight for soprano Gabriela Scherer is due: her role debut as Elsa in Wagner's Lohengrin with Oper Leipzig. The openning night of the new production is on Saturday, March 26, 2022. Klaus Florian Vogt sings the title role.
