Mezzo-soprano Gaëlle Arquez takes on the role of Concepción in Maurice Ravel’s L’heure espagnole at the George Enescu International Festival 2025 in Bucharest. She joins the cast featuring Iván Ayón Rivas as Gonzalve, Mikeldi Atxalandabaso as Torquemada, Armando Noguera as Ramiro, and Manuel Fuentes in the role of Don Íñigo Gómez. James Gaffigan conducts the Orquestra de la Comunitat Valenciana, with stage direction by Gábor Tompa. The performance takes place on August 29 in Romanian National Opera Bucharest.
