The program consists of Schönberg’s A Survivor from Warsaw (Ein Überlebender aus Warschau) op. 46 and Beethoven’s 9th Symphony. On 22 and 24 August soprano Hanna-Elisabeth Müller joins the hr-Sinfonieorchester Frankfurt for two open air concerts at Europe Open Air concert in Frankfurt and at the Grafenegg Festival in Austria. Under the baton of chief conductor Alain Altinoglu the orchestra kicks off their season with popular works by Wagner, Mozart, Smetana.
