The tenor brings a programme of beloved arias from Idomeneo, La clemenza di Tito, Il re pastore and The Magic Flute to Düsseldorf on March 21, Zurich on March 23, Hamburg on March 25, Frankfurt on March 28. The tour continues in April with concerts in Leipzig on April 4, Vienna on April 12, Munich on April 20 and Hanover on April 25.

Nadezhda Karyazina and Jonah Hoskins make their house debut at the Deutsche Oper Berlin in Rolando Villazón’s new production of L'Italiana in Algeri, premiering on March 8, 2026. Karyazina and Hoskins portray the reunited lovers Lindoro and Isabella respectively, alongside Tommaso Barea as Mustafa. The new production of Rossini’s bel canto masterpiece is set in an unnamed location in Latin America and features two competing Mexican-style wrestling clubs. Further performances take place on March 11, 14, 20, 28 and April 2.

The production is directed by Rolando Villazón and conducted by Roberto González-Monjas, with the Mozarteumorchester Salzburg and Philharmonia Chor Wien, bringing Mozart’s beloved opera to the stage at the Haus für Mozart.
