Nadezhda Karyazina and Jonah Hoskins make their house debut at the Deutsche Oper Berlin in Rolando Villazón’s new production of L'Italiana in Algeri, premiering on March 8, 2026. Karyazina and Hoskins portray the reunited lovers Lindoro and Isabella respectively, alongside Tommaso Barea as Mustafa. The new production of Rossini’s bel canto masterpiece is set in an unnamed location in Latin America and features two competing Mexican-style wrestling clubs.
