The Persian-Canadian countertenor Cameron Shahbazi returns to the Oper Frankfurt on 16 January 2024 for a solo recital together with pianist Malcolm Martineau. The programme includes works by Henry Purcell, Georg Friedrich Händel and Franz Schubert as well as songs by Louis Armstrong and contemporary Iranian composers. A special guest of the evening is the activist and artist Enissa Amani.
