Conductor Keri-Lynn Wilson leads the Ukrainian Freedom Orchestra on this year’s Summer Tour, uniting musicians in support of Ukraine’s resilience and cultural identity. The tour begins in Warsaw at Teatr Wielki on August 14, followed by Wrocław on August 16, Lucerne Festival on August 18, Vilnius on August 20, and Jūrmala on August 22. The orchestra continues with two performances at the George Enescu Festival in Bucharest on August 25 and 26, followed by a concert in the esteemed Concertgebouw in Amsterdam on August 27, and concludes at London’s Cadogan Hall on August 29. This summer’s program includes Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5 and Dvořák’S Symphony No. 8 alongside works by Ukrainian composer Kolomiiets, Wagner, Strauss and Bruch.

Conductor Keri-Lynn Wilson makes her debut at the Grant Park Festival Chicago with two symphony concerts on July 18 and 19 at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion. The program consists of Ukranian composer Mykola Lysenko’s Overture to Taras Bulba, Prokofiev’s Symphony no. 5 and Tchaikovsky violin concerto performed by Augustin Hadelich.

On June 15 Keri-Lynn Wilson conducts the MDR choir and symphony orchestra in Gewandhaus Leipzig as a part of this year’s Bachfest. The program presents orchestral versions of Bach’s Toccata and Fugue in D minor, BWV 565 and Wachet auf, ruft uns die Stimme, BWV 645 followed by Tanejew’s Ioann Damaskin and Shostakovich’s Kazn’ Stepana Razina op. 119 sung by baritone Brian Mulligan.
