Mezzo-soprano Emily D’Angelo joins the Metropolitan Opera for their Concert of Remembrance and Hope for Ukraine to mark the one-year anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Under the baton of Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin the MET orchestra, choir and soloists will perform a program of Mozart’s Requiem and Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony as well as the Ukrainian National Anthem and Valentin Silverstrov’s Prayer for Ukraine.
