Tenor Stanislas de Barbeyrac appears as Siegmund in Richard Wagner’s Die Walküre at the Opéra Bastille in Paris, as part of the Paris Opera’s RING Festival. He is joined by Elza van den Heever as Sieglinde, Christopher Maltman as Wotan, Günther Groissböck as Hunding, Tamara Wilson as Brünnhilde, and Eve-Maud Hubeaux as Fricka. The production is directed by Calixto Bieito and conducted by Pablo Heras-Casado. Performances take place on November 7 and 17, 2026, at the Opéra Bastille in Paris.
