Arquez sings the title role of Cesare and D’Angelo takes on the role of Sesto. Harry Bicket conducts the Paris Opera Orchestra. Lisette Oropresa takes on the role of Cleopatra. Based on the award-winning play by George Brant and co-produced with the Metropolitan Opera , the opera Grounded is musically led by Daniela Candillari and staged by Michael Mayer. Emily D’Angelo: Mozart Requiem at the Salzburg Festival

Mezzo-soprano Emily D'Angelo returns to Salzburg this summer to give her festival debut with the Mozart Requiem. Manfred Honeck will take on the musical direction of the Camerata Salzburg.
