Soprano Hanna-Elisabeth Müller joins the academy concerts of the Munich State opera under the musical direction of Vladimir Jurowski. The program consists of Schönberg’s A Survivor from Warsaw (Ein Überlebender aus Warschau) op. 46 and Beethoven’s 9th Symphony. Müller performs the soprano part in Beethoven’s symphony alongside mezzo-soprano Emily Sierra, tenor Daniel Behle and Bass Christof Fischesser. The concerts take place on November 4, 5 and 6 in the National Theatre in Munich.

Rising mezzo soprano Patricia Nolz joins CSAM Centre Stage Artist Management is thrilled to announce the addition of rising Austrian mezzo soprano Patricia Nolz to our roster. Widely considered as one of the most exciting artists of her generation, the young mezzo soprano will be represented by CSAM worldwide for operatic engagements. In the 2024-25 season, Patricia Nolz performs Zerlina (Don Giovanni), Cherubino (Le Nozze di Figaro) and Rosina (Il Barbiere di Siviglia) at the Vienna State Opera. Also in Vienna, Patricia Nolz makes her debut as as Stéphano in Gounod's Roméo et Juliette and as Silla in Pfitzner's Palestrina under the baton of Christian Thielemann. Additionally, she makes her house debut at Copenhagen’s Royal Opera as Rosina in a new production of Rossini's Il Barbiere di Siviglia.

Featured works of Vivaldi, Rossini, Offenbach and others balancing between love and madness can be heard in Zlín on November 5, in Zurich on November 11, in Prague on November 22 and in Vienna on November 25. Lauded for her “rich, humane soprano” (Opera Canada) and “convincing and poignant” portrayals (Boston Musical Intelligencer), Canadian soprano Olivia Smith is a current member of San Francisco Opera’s prestigious Adler Fellowship Program, where in Fall 2024 she debuts the role of Micaëla at SFO’s immersive experience Carmen Encounter. She also covers Micaëla for the mainstage Carmen performances, and will be heard in various SFO concert performances throughout the season. Additionally in the 2024-25 season, Smith makes her role and company debut as Donna Anna in Don Giovanni at the Opera Philadelphia, under the baton of Corrado Rovaris.

The young mezzo-soprano Patricia Nolz is hailed as one of Austria’s foremost upcoming artists. Since beginning her studies in Lied and Oratorio with Florian Boesch and Claudia Visca in 2019, she was awarded the Casinos Austria Rising Star Award 2019 and named as a prizewinner at the ÖJAB Music Competition Vienna and the Osaka Music Competition in Japan. In the same year she received an Anny Felbermayer scholarship. In autumn 2020, she enjoyed great success with her debut as Cherubino in a new production of Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro at the Theater an der Wien, conducted by Stefan Gottfried and directed by Alfred Dorfer. After two years in the opera studio of the Vienna State Opera, where she celebrated her first successes as Cherubino and as Zerlina in a new production of Mozart's Don Giovanni under Philippe Jordan, she joined the ensemble of the Vienna State Opera in the 2022-2023 season. Patricia Nolz received the Austrian Music Theatre Award for her interpretation of Zerlina in Barrie Kosky's production of Don Giovanni at the Vienna State Opera.

Soprano Serena Sáenz makes her highly anticipated house debut at Deutsche Oper Berlin singing the role of Lucia in Donizetti's Lucia di Lammermoor on October 31 and November 5, 2024. The production, directed by Filippo Sanjust, features Ivan Repušić conducting the Orchestra and Chorus of Deutsche Oper Berlin. This debut marks Sáenz's first appearance on the Deutsche Oper Berlin stage in one of the most demanding roles of the bel canto repertoire.
