Kathryn Lewek: The Magic Flute in Cleveland

Kathryn Lewek signs Queen of the Night in the new production of The Magic Flute for the 2024 Mandel Opera and Humanities Festival in Cleveland. Lewek performs her signature role with the Cleveland Orchestra under the baton of its Music Director Franz Welser-Möst, featuring Julian Prégardien as Tamino, Ludwig Mittelhammer as Papageno and Christina Landshamer as Pamina. Rolando Villazòn: Opera Galas at Salzburg Festival

Rolando Villazón returns to the Salzburg Festival to take part in two opera galas. On May 18, 2024 Villazón sings in the staged opera pastiche Une Folle Journée based on the music from Le nozze di Figaro, Don Giovanni and Così fan tutte to celebrate Mozart and his congenial collaborator Lorenzo Da Ponte. On May 20, 2024 Plácido Domingo, who has been performing in Salzburg for 50 years, takes to the stage as part of a gala featuring numerous Operalia prize winners including Rolando Villazón.

Granit Musliu

"...excellently focused, bronze-colored shining, expressive tenor" - Süddeutsche Zeitung 25-year-old Kosovar Tenor Granit Musliu is among the most promising young singers of his generation. He received his vocal training at the University of Pristina and the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg. He is a former member of the opera studio at the Bayerische Staatsoper and is currently a part of the ensemble for the season 24/25.

Granit Musliu: Welcome to CSAM!

Centre Stage Artist Management is pleased to welcome Granit Musliu to the roster for general management. 25 year old Kosovar Tenor Granit Musliu is among the most promising young singers of his generation. He received his vocal training at the University of Pristina and the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg. In 2021 he became an opera studio member at the Bayerische Staatsoper, joining the ensemble in 2023/24. Roles in the 2023/24 season include: Roderigo (Otello), Arturo in Lucia di Lammermoor, Rinuccio in Gianni Schicchi, Flavio in Norma, Ruiz in Il trovatore and Festordner in a new production of Pique Dame. Musliu has received a number of awards including the Grand Prix of the Ars Kosova Music Competition, 2nd prize in the 2020 Hamburg Mozart Prize and 2nd prize in the Jorgjia Truja Competition with an invitation to a masterclass with Anna Pirozzi.
