A graduate of the Yale School of Music and the Metropolitan Opera’s Lindemann Young Artist Development Program, Sylvia D’Eramo has already made mainstage debuts at the Metropolitan Opera, The Santa Fe Opera, Palm Beach Opera, Lyric Opera of Kansas City, and The Philadelphia Orchestra, among others. Her voice is praised for its “purity of timbre, the brilliance of its highs and the powerful lyricism of its line…sonorous nuances that give way to sumptuously ethereal pianissimi” (Olyrix).

Tenor Dmitry Korchak sings the role of Gerardo in Donizetti’s rarely performed opera Caterina Cornaro. The concert performance will take place on June 11th in Konzerthaus Dortmund. The tenor goes on stage alongside soprano Roberta Mantegna, maestro Giacomo Sagripanti and The WDR Symphony Orchestra.

Spanish soprano Serena Sáenz has been praised for her “musicality, good taste in ornamentation and luminous high notes with a good arsenal of bel canto resources” (Scherzo). She received three awards at Operalia 2022 in Riga: Second Prize in the Plácido Domingo World Opera Competition, the Pepita Embil Zarzuela Prize and the Birgit Nilsson Prize. Sáenz, despite her youth, is a frequent guest at many of the world's most renowned opera houses. In 2021 she won the First Prize and the Audience Award at the Montserrat Caballé International Singing Competition, the first Spaniard to win these awards. She also received multiple awards at the Paris Opera Competition, as well as at the Francesc Viñas International Competition. Opera Actual 2023 Award to the most promising young artist and Opera XXI Award to the best young singer, that same year.
