Thomas Hampson performs the role of Bishop Edvard Vergérus in Mikael Karlsson and Royce Vavrek's Fanny and Alexander at La Monnaie in Brussels, with performances on December 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, and 19, 2024. This world premiere, based on Ingmar Bergman's film, features conductor Ariane Matiakh and director Ivo van Hove in a production that combines orchestral music with electronic elements.
